Non-governmental
organizations working in the field of transport are talking about the danger of
failure of the PTI reform. According to them, in order for the reform not to be
formal and more effective, it is necessary to improve the legislation and its enforcement.
They focused on issues such as the selective approach to centers, the low level
of qualification of inspectors, the disregard for the exhaust component, the
temporary use of vehicle parts for inspection, and so on.
